The Inside Sales Manager will reach out to our current global customer base to ensure maximum renewal rates of their ICAM Technologies Contract. This position will be responsible for promoting limited-time offers and offering suggestions on process improvements of the current renewal process. **This position is under a hybrid work model.**

**Requirements and Responsibilities**
- Reach out to existing customers to increase ICAM Technologies renewal rates
- Initiate and construct solution proposals based on client needs
- Update customer records in the CRM
- Nurture customer success and growth by training and consulting
- Generate quotes and proposals
- Assist sales and marketing teams to meet ICAM goals and objectives
- Track metrics, progress, and goals for ICAM Technologies sales monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.

**Necessary Qualifications**:

- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Professional working proficiency in English and French
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly organized, detailed and process oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
