En tant que membre de l'équipe des ventes interne, vous stimulerez la croissance des ventes et du chiffre d'affaires de l'entreprise, par le biais d'activités techniques et commerciales de vente et de soutien aux clients. En tant que référent principal, vous aurez un impact direct sur l'atteinte des résultats escomptés par nos clients et la concrétisation de leur plein potentiel.
**VOTRE CONTRIBUTION**
- En tant que liaison entre les clients et les représentants de comptes, le personnel de soutien aux ventes et les fabricants, vous apporterez aux clients votre expertise technique dans le domaine de l’ingénierie, le choix des équipements et les devis.
- En créant et en proposant des solutions d'ingénierie répondant aux spécifications, aux exigences et aux résultats recherchés par nos clients, vous démontrerez la valeur que nos solutions apportent et qui les distinguera de la concurrence
- Vous développerez les opportunités de vente et identifierez les opportunités de nouvelles affaires.
**COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIELLES POUR RÉUSSIR**
- BAC en ingénierie ou DEC en technologie de l'ingénierie (ou expérience équivalente).
- Connaissance des pompes et les bonnes pratiques d’entretien.
- Compétences en communication, écrite et verbale, en français.
- Compétences en communication, écrites et verbales, en anglais serait considéré un atout.
- Microsoft Office Suite (intermédiaire)
- Expérience dans un rôle de service à la clientèle ou dans un environnement de vente, un atout.
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’utilisation de nouvelles technologies.
- Capacité de travailler dans un milieu de travail stimulant et dynamique qui est en évolution constante.
- Habileté à cultiver des relations d'affaires durables.
- Capacité à travailler harmonieusement en équipe aussi bien que de façon autonome
- Un niveau d'énergie élevé et la volonté de relever de nouveaux défis.

As a member of the Inside Sales team, you will drive the company's sales and revenue growth, through technical and commercial sales and customer support activities. As a senior referent, you will have a direct impact on achieving the results our clients expect and realizing their full potential.
**YOUR CONTRIBUTION**
- As a liaison between customers and account representatives, sales support staff, and manufacturers, you will provide customers with your technical expertise in engineering, equipment selection, and quotations.
- By creating and delivering engineering solutions that meet the specifications, requirements, and outcomes our customers are looking for, you will demonstrate the value our solutions bring that will set them apart from the competition
- You will develop sales opportunities and identify new business opportunities.
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or DEC in engineering technology (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of pumps and good maintenance practices.
- Communication skills, written and verbal, in French.
- Communication skills, written and verbal, in English would be considered an asset.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate)
- Experience in a customer service role or in a sales environment is an asset.
- You are comfortable with the use of new technologies.
- Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic work environment that is constantly evolving.
- Ability to cultivate long-term business relationships
