**The team of Allison Jones Consulting Services Inc and AJ Immigration Group is looking for an Account Manager.**
Allison Jones Consulting Services Inc. is a leading nationally licensed and recognized staffing agency, dedicated to providing employers with skilled workers since 2005. We are driven to qualify and fit the right employee to our clients’ desired skill set, experience, and culture.
We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to lead and support our growing company.
**Duties will include but not limited to**:
- Managing current and new client accounts by working closely with them to determine their current needs and offer additional services;
- Growing and maintaining existing relationships with clients by building and maintaining strong client long term relationships and understanding their needs;
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all maters specific to the client;
- Identifying and addressing client concerns and proscribing recommendations;
- Improve client experience and strengthen relationships;
- Increase client retention, drive client loyalty, resulting in increased sales;
- Managing multiple projects and/or multiple accounts at one time while keeping on deadlines;
- Compiling, reviewing/editing reports prior to client interactions;
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment;
- Act as a liaison with Recruiting, Administration, and Accounting on behalf of the corporate client and the company and foreign nationals;
- Collaborate with sales team to support prospective clients;
- Pass leads to sales team and maintain active role post-sale;
- Communicate with clients to inform them of case progress;
- Maintain current knowledge of new immigration programs/pilots that would benefit our corporate clients and foreign nationals;
- Other duties as may be assigned.
**To be successful in this role, you will need the following**:
- Minimum 3+ years of successful business development/sales with a successful track record selling, Talent Management Solutions, Staffing/Recruiting, preferably in the health care field or customer service industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, customer service, business and negotiation skills.
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills to drive results through influencing.
- Be creative, a self-starter, team player, fast learner, detail oriented, and conscientious with a drive to “win”;
- Ability to maintain relationships with key customers for executive-level relationship management.
