Marel Real Estate/Management is a family run real estate and property management company.
We are seeking a Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant preferably with a real estate or property management background. This position will be responsible for managing property accounting and reporting for the real estate assets and will work closley with the office adminstrator.

Opportunity Description:
The Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant will be responsible for:
- Preparing and filing HST returns
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
- Processing accounts receivable transactions and following up on payments
- Paying invoices
- Prepare and file T4's for employees
- Payroll
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the industry
- Experience working in real estate or property management is an asset but no required
- Excel, Quickbooks and Yardi would be beneficial
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Stoney Creek, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
