This takes out the guesswork and leaves nothing to the imagination. We also work with certified general contractors with over 20+ years of experience, taking on jobs big or small.

**Responsibilities**
- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends
- Communicate with the management team regularly
- Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
- Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
- Collaborate with team members and members of other departments
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
- Configuring CRM (Salesforce) systems for optimized integration
- Managing CRM (Salesforce) roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
- Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data
- Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years experience working as an Analyst
- Strong knowledge of word spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
- Preferably experiences working with Salesforce
- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- High level of organization and detail-orientation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
- Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent time management

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
