In this role, you will help aid and support our campaigns by tracking CRM systems and following the segmentation models to identify key customer segments.**The CRM Analyst will**:
- Analyze and interpret customer data from various sources, including CRM systems, sales databases, customer feedback, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to identify key customer segments, demographics, behaviors, and trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and communications strategies based on customer insights.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives, using KPIs and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize customer communications and marketing initiatives.
- Create regular reports and presentations to share insights, trends, and recommendations with the sales team, internal stakeholders and management.
- Assist with the selection, integration, and management of CRM tools and systems.
- Develop and maintain data hygiene best practices, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer data.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continually identifying opportunities to enhance our CRM strategy.
**To be successful you should have**:
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, tools, and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
- Power Excel user with focus on managing and manipulating large amounts of data
- Previous experience in CRM systems, data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
