The Marketing Automation Specialist plays a critical role in operationalizing demand generation campaigns within the Americas region. You’ll be the HubSpot administrator in the Americas, developing templates, processes and best practices to drive more effective campaign delivery across the demand gen spectrum, including campaigns, nurture streams and events. You will collaborate with the full performance marketing team to understand campaign plans and automation requirements, and then manage the setup of the campaign within HubSpot, including the creation of the required workflows and deliverables. You’ll liaise closely with the regional BDR team (inside sales), handing off leads in a timely fashion and then monitoring status of those leads. We’re looking for someone with strong knowledge of the HubSpot platform and keen aptitude for process flows, and who sees their work as pivotal in driving business outcomes, namely high quality leads and opportunities. This is a remote position, but a highly collaborative one, working closely with the global and regional performance marketing teams, as well as the Americas inside sales organization.

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the HubSpot Administrator, Americas.-
- Train North America users as required (and new sales reps on the lead process).-
- Support marketing managers in HubSpot with any and all HubSpot related questions pertaining to NA.Provide regular updates to internal and external partners regarding new functionality or improvements within the marketing automation platform; leverage learnings to maintain best-in-class marketing practices.-
- Create templates and documentation regarding new and existing automation processes.-
- Identify, request, and track new database marketing and campaign operation requirements with global automation leader, external agencies, and others to support business objectives in a timely manner.-
- Bring forward requirements around platform synchs, process improvements and local needs based on the region you execute in by partnering with the global automation leader to incorporate into the global standards they set and implement.-
- Provide Salesforce expertise for any marketing related synch issues/needs in the Americas.-
- Work with internal and external teams to develop and deploy end-to-end marketing campaigns and nurture streams supporting acquisition, growth, and retention initiatives across multiple brands and lines of business. This includes creation of:
- Execute all aspects of the campaign operations process end-to-end, including:- requirements gathering and documentation-
- audience list development and segmentation; list imports-
- content maps and personalization-
- customer journey workflows-
- quality assurance testing-
- campaign execution and automation-
- inbox deliverability-
- measurement-
- adherence to naming conventions-
- Create lead pass plans in collaboration with BDR teams to ensure no lead left behind when assigning opportunities and managing lead progression. Provide weekly reporting and regularly interlock with inside sales team to follow up on leads.-
- Test and optimize campaigns for improved efficiency, deliverability, engagement, and performance.-
- Track multiple tasks, program schedules, and project deliverables while adapting to change, prioritizing workload, and meeting deadlines successfully.-
- Anticipate and proactively work to resolve issues impacting campaign schedules, executions, or performance; determine the best approach and make recommendations in a timely manner.-
- Be adept at learning new techniques and adapting technology skills to quickly respond to market opportunities.-
- Maintain current knowledge of channel best practices, laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, CCPA, TCPA etc.), and data governance policies to meet all compliance requirements.-
- Make continual learning part of your daily work to stay up to date on techniques, industry best practices and benchmarks to continual improvement.-
- Collaborate with cross functional team members to ensure effective communication, positive interactions and outcomes are delivered for your stakeholders.Required Experience and Skills:
- 3-5 years of marketing automation experience-
- Working experience in HubSpot marketing automation platform-
- Some working experience with Salesforce preferable-
- Experience in developing lead pass processes and aligning with inside sales teams-
- Audience segmentation and list building-
- Ability to project manage automation tasks as part of full campaign plan / calendar-
- Comfortable with metrics related to end to end campaign journey and ability to draw insights and suggest corrective actions-
- Attention to deal and organizational skills-
