**MLS® Services Coordinator**
**Summary**
Reporting to the Executive Officer (EO), the MLS® Services Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the MLS® Services Department of the Niagara
Association of REALTORS® (NAR). The MLS® Coordinator liaises with and trains Members and
Staff regarding issues related to the MLS® Database, Information Technology Systems Ontario
(ITSO) MLS® Rules, and NAR By-law and Policy and Procedures. The MLS® Services Coordinator champions the administration of the MLS® Database by ensuring integrity of the data and standards as per the ITSO MLS® Rules are met by all MLS® users.
The MLS® Services Coordinator is an integral part of the MLS® Services Department and as such, this position maintains communication with the Executive Officer, applicable committee chairs and fellow NAR Staff to ensure efficient operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
The key responsibilities outlined below are interpreted as being descriptive in nature and are not an exhaustive list of all possible job requirements, tasks, and duties.
- Administrative Support of the MLS® System _
- Provides telephone, in-person, and desktop support of the NAR MLS® inclusive of answering questions, troubleshooting issues, training, and instructing Members.
- Communicates with Members regarding the MLS® while determining the most effective manner to resolve Member’s issues.
- Performs audits of brokerload listings and listings requiring investigation for compliance in collaboration with the Manager, MLS® Services. Provides feedback to members regarding the findings of the audits and corrects listings as necessary.
- Ensures all listing revisions are completed in a timely matter.
- Processes Interboard requests while acting as the liaison between NAR and the
Interboard member.
- Keeps NAR MLS® department documentation up to date.
- Receives Data Error Reports, corrects issues, and contacts the REALTOR® as required.
- Submits Matrix Change requests to the NAR MLS® and Systems Support Coordinator to deliver to ITSO on behalf of Members.
- Provides Support and Resources for the ITSO MLS® Rules _
- Provides support of the ITSO MLS® Rules to all NAR Members, Authorized Users, and Non
- NAR Members Interboarding with the Association.
- Communicates with and supports Members on the MLS® System determining the most effective manner to resolve Member’s issues.
- Works with the Manager, MLS® Services to ensure MLS® Rules are being enforced in accordance with the ITSO MLS® Rules and Fine Schedule.
- Ensures all listing revisions are completed in a timely manner.
- Provides Systems Support for all NAR Supported Technologies _
- Assists the MLS® Services Department in ensuring all Systems Support questions are answered in a timely and professional manner for Members of the Association including but not limited to CoreLogic Matrix, BrokerBay, SentriLock, WebForms®, GeoWarehouse and other Association provided systems.
- NAR Store Operations Coordination _
- Greets members and public in a professional manner while aiding visitors with store sales, in-person payments and other administrative roles in-office.
- Administers the purchase and assignments of SentriLock Lockboxes for Members.
- Administers the NAR Lock-Box Swap Program for Members.
- MLS® Services Department Staff Member _
- Collaborates with the Manager, MLS® Services and MLS® and Systems Support
Coordinator and Member Services team daily to ensure all administrative roles of theAssociation are completed.
- Participates in ITSO MLS® Team Training and Meetings.
- Acts as back-up to the MLS® and Systems Support Coordinator as needed.
**Working Conditions**
- Scheduled work week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm with the flexibility to facilitate Association events and meetings outside of the normal workday.
- All hours outside of the normal workday to be approved by the Executive Officer and recorded as Lieu/Banked Time in PayWorks.
- Travel may be required for events and/or professional development opportunities.
- All mileage to and from events including pre-event preparation travel to be logged and approved by the Executive Officer for mileage compensation as per the NAR Policy.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
