**Summary**
Reporting to the Executive Officer (EO), the MLS® and Member Services Coordinator of the Niagara Association of REALTORS® (NAR) plays an integral role in administrative support of the Association’s services to its Members.
The MLS® and Member Services Coordinator liaises with Members and Staff to ensure the needs of the Members are met in a timely and professional manner. They champion the role of acting as the first point of contact greeting all visitors in-person and on the phone in a welcoming manner.
Secondary roles of the MLS® and Member Services Coordinator include managing the NAR Store for NAR Members and providing part time administrative support to both the MLS® Services Department and the Member Services Department daily.
NAR’s MLS® and Member Services Coordinator is an important part of the Member Services and MLS® Services Departments and NAR team and as such, this position maintains effective communication with the Manager, Member Services, Manager, MLS® Services, Executive Officer, and fellow NAR staff to ensure efficient operations.
**Key Responsibilities**

- Reception for the Association_
- Greets members and public in a professional manner while aiding visitors with store sales, in-person payments and other administrative roles in-office.
- Creates a welcoming experience while answering phone calls, operating the switchboard, and directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Ensures the reception area of the Association remains clean, tidy, orderly, and welcoming for all guests.
- NAR Store Operations Coordination_
- Manages the oversight of the NAR Store for resale products for NAR Members and REALTORS® including inventory, marketing with the assistance of the Communications Coordinator, and fulfillment of orders.
- Maintains an effective level of inventory of store products for resale to NAR Members and REALTORS® and reports inventory needs to the Manager, Member Services.
- Administers the purchase and assignments of SentriLock Lockboxes for Members.
- Administers the NAR Lock-Box Swap Program for Members.
- Part Time Administrative Support of the NAR Member System_
- Updates all membership information changes as received.
- Ensures data integrity of the NAR Membership database with up to date and NAR, OREA, CREA and RECO compliant records.
- Assists members regarding their requirements relating to NAR systems and policies.
- Part Time Administrative Support of the MLS® System_
- Communicates with Members regarding the MLS® while determining the most effective manner to resolve Member’s issues.
- Ensures all listing revisions are completed in a timely manner.
- Processes Interboard requests while acting as the liaison between NAR and the Interboard member.
- Keeps NAR MLS® department documentation up to date.
- Submits Matrix Change requests to the NAR MLS® and Systems Support Coordinator to deliver to ITSO on behalf of Members.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 months
**Salary**: $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
