**Job Description**:

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Vice President, Business Development, the BD Specialist will collaborate with BD team members to support the growth of Kinark’s Autism Fee for Service. Accountabilities will include support in leads generation; CRM data input & analysis; and marketing tactic implementation.
**Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to)**:
- Assist with incoming leads to the Autism Program (manage Autism program leads and triage according to service program).
- Conduct outbound call campaigns to drive specific action.
- Support Kinark’s Client Experience Team with outreach initiatives (preparation of materials, research) and data entry in various systems (CRM, EMHware, Amelia) as required.
- Assist in follow-up campaigns.
- Interact with potential clients through various channels to support strategic direction of the Client Experience Team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support on site activations and other tactics.
- Leverage CRM and other tools to enhance sales and marketing.
**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate or diploma education, and/or will consider completion of High School diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent only.**:
- 1-3 years in an analytical, strategy, consulting, or business development role.
- Experience in healthcare, community services, government-funded programs, or nonprofit (not required but an asset).
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- 1-3 years supporting marketing and/or communications initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Adaptability.
- Collaboration.
- Problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively and creatively within a team environment as well as independently.
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
