We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to be the architect of our future growth. You will be the first dedicated growth professional on our team, taking the lead on transitioning our agency from founder-led sales to a predictable and scalable revenue system. You will have the autonomy to build, refine, and own the entire client acquisition pipeline, making a direct and tangible impact on our success story from day one. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Own the Pipeline**: Proactively manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to discovery calls, proposal writing, and closing new business. - **Develop Strategic Partnerships**: Identify and cultivate a robust network of referral partners to create a consistent stream of qualified leads. - **Consultative Selling**: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand the pain points of prospective clients and expertly match them with our core service packages. - **CRM Management**: Implement and maintain a clean and effective CRM to track all sales activities and ensure no opportunity is missed. - **Represent the Brand**: Act as a key ambassador for Vivid Strategy Inc. at industry networking events, webinars, and in the local business community. - **Collaborate and Strategize**: Work closely with our service delivery team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and provide market feedback to shape future services. **Who You Are**: - You have 2-4 years of experience in a business development or B2B sales role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Experience within a marketing agency or selling to SMBs is highly desirable. - You are a natural relationship-builder and networker, able to create trust and rapport with ease. - You have a "hunter" mentality, driven by the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of closing a deal that genuinely helps a client. - You have a foundational understanding of core digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing) and can confidently speak to their value. - You are exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and can work autonomously without the need for micromanagement. - You are passionate about the success of small businesses and align with our mission to be a true growth partner. - Experience using a CRM is required. **What We Offer**: - **Competitive Compensation**: A base salary of **$60,000 - $75,000 CAD** plus a generous, uncapped commission structure.
