**We are looking for a Business Development Manager to manage operations related to the plumbing portion of the business, as well as develop, expand, and enhance the plumbing service offering for all regions. This role is imperative to our continued financial growth with the key focus on sourcing and developing new business opportunities. This role is responsible for consistently generating and increasing revenues through the acquisition of new clients/business. Reporting to the Director of Sales, sales experience is needed to succeed in this role.**

**This position may be right for you if**:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in project scoping and estimating
- You are skilled at reading and interpreting drawings
- You possess strong analytical and mathematical skills
- You have excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- You show extreme precision and attention to detail
**And you enjoy**:
- Analyzing project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for materials, labour and equipment
- Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors for input and pricing
- Doing site visits to assess conditions and verify project requirements
- Using estimating software and tools to streamline the process
- Reviewing and Analyzing quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
- Preparing detailed proposals for clients
- Overseeing day-to-day, and growth, of the plumbing services for the Lower Mainland.
- Helping to develop and implement the CustomAir plumbing business plan, including communication of strategic initiatives, organizational goals and policies of the department.
