As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a rockstar Business Development Manager with a safety or industrial background to help us seize new opportunities and expand our reach.

**Your Responsibilities**
As a key driver of our growth, you’ll be responsible for:

- **Strategic Business Development**: Identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, including tenders and large accounts, across the Lower Mainland and throughout BC.
- **Association Engagement**: Representing HTT Safety at industry associations, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and enhance brand visibility.
- **Sales Growth**: Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets while expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
- **Account Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Research**: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to position HTT Safety as a market leader.
- **Proposal Development**: Leading the preparation and submission of proposals for tender opportunities, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with operations, marketing, and internal teams to align business strategies with organizational goals.
- **Leadership**: Leading a small team of sellers, fostering collaboration and driving them toward achieving common objectives.

**Qualifications**
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with:

- Proven success in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the safety or industrial sectors.
- A strong network and deep knowledge of the BC market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with tender processes and large-scale business development.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Self-motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, and a results-driven approach.
- The ability to travel within BC for client meetings, events, and business opportunities.
- A consultative approach to selling and problem-solving.
