**Logistics Coordinator**

**Position Overview**:
Greenway Carriers is seeking a Logistics Coordinator with 1-5 years of experience in the logistics and transportation field. This role is pivotal for maintaining the seamless operation of our logistics chain, ensuring compliance with industry norms, and driving efficient transportation solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance Management**:

- Ensure adherence to Tandem Axle, Tri-Axle, and Flat Bed operation regulations for both Dry Van and Reefer.
- Maintain strict compliance with Hours of Service, and Hazardous Goods and Commodities regulations.
- **Operational Understanding**:

- Deep understanding of roles, responsibilities, and organizational structures within logistics/transportation providers.
- Manage work flow efficiently within and across departments.
- **Market Pricing Analysis**:

- Stay updated with current market pricing for cross-border and domestic transportation in various categories (Dry Van, Reefer, Flat Bed).
- **Cross Border and International Commerce**:

- Knowledge of customs compliance and procedures.
- Facilitate smooth interaction between customs brokers, importers, and exporters.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Fleet Manager or similar logistics software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Macro Point.
- Experienced in operating logistics portals and hubs.

**Personal Traits**:

- Outgoing, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an empathic and collaborative approach.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and capable crisis management skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player.

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
