We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic **Logistics Coordinator**whose main objective will be to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved. The **Logistics Coordinator** will also handle all aspects of shipping and delivery and ensure customer satisfaction by staying in contact and relaying all communications concerning the delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for booking shipments online and over the phone
- Provide on-time updates to customers
- Negotiate rates with carriers, entering data
- Solve issues and follow up updates while providing excellent service to external and internal customers.
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Keep logs and records of executed orders etc.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Logistics Coordinator role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience working with Load Link and UFOS programs (an asset)
- Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in verbal/written English
- Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Great problem solving skills
- After hours support is required on rotation basis
