小红Mall成立于2016年2年，总部位于加拿大多伦多，6年间发展成为拥有100万北美华人用户的电商领军企业。截至目前，小红Mall已在全球设有四个大型智能自营仓库，分别位于美国洛杉矶、美国新泽西、加拿大多伦多和日本千叶市。因公司的快速发展需求，现招聘以下职位：

职位：协调，支援办公文员

岗位职责：

1. 协助部门将订单录入系统，核对订单信息

2. 协助部门完成新品上传

3. 协助部门完成数据报告

4. 完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

5. 与公司各部门保持准确、即时的沟通

6. 订单录入、核对完毕，迅速传递到相关部门

任职要求：

1. 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件

2. 具有细心+耐心+责任心

3. 能合理的安排并妥善规划好日常工作；较好的执行力，抗压能力强，有自主判断意识，善于总结与分析

4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力，学习能力强，高效对接，认真细心

5. 熟悉并热爱互联网行业，了解互联网各类产品

6. 熟悉快消品行业，对行业发展有一定认知
