- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. / 具备良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力
- Greet customers and handle inquiries and appointment / 接待客户，处理咨询和预约
- Assist in coordinating communication between car owners and technicians / 协助协调车主与技师之间的沟通
- Handle daily administrative tasks and paperwork / 处理日常行政事务和文书工作
- Keep the work area clean and organized / 保持工作区域的整洁和有序

**Skills** / **技能 ：**
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. / 出色的客户服务和人际交往能力
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). / 熟练使用Microsoft Office套件（Word、Excel、Outlook）
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. / 能够同时处理多个任务，有效管理时间
- Basic knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus. / 具备基本的汽车术语知识者优先
