- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial databases
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks
- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Workday
- Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, or Ceridian
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
