We’re currently seeking an Accounting Technician to assist in our operations. **The Opportunity** As an Accounting Technician, you'll be required to maintain financial records, process financial transactions, fact check financial data and update financial statements. You will have the required technical competencies to ensure accounts are current and accurate by using specialized software, spreadsheets, and other tools to track and manage data. A "day in the life" for this role looks like: - Documenting transaction details - Entering financial transactions in various database - Organizing financial reports - Fact-checking accounting - Notifying senior staff of accounting errors - Communicating with clients **What **you’ll** bring?** - Diploma from a recognized post-secondary school with completed accounting courses - Experience working with QuickBooks Online - Familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable - Adaptable to new software and processes **You’re** on the team** This is a full-time position with a flexible work arrangement.
