We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and versatile Accounting Technician to support our accounting team at the St. Albert location by providing your skills for various accounting related duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist with accounts payable - review, code, and enter invoices.
- Preparing and processing journal entries.
- Reconciling, analyzing, and maintaining GL accounts.
- Assist with month-end and monthly financial statements.
- Review and audit time-entry for payroll process.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Inventory receipts and reconciliation.
- Assist with invoicing and A/R as necessary.
- All other administrative and related duties as assigned.

**Skills Required**:

- 3+ years experience in accounting or an accounting or business-related
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. Equivalencies will be considered
- Working knowledge of the full cycle of accounting and accounting principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in accounting and Microsoft Programs.
- Prior ACCPAC/SAGE knowledge would be an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
