COUNT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
**Job Type**:Part Time **/** Full-time, Permanent
**Primary Function**:Responsible for daily balancing of session sales and prizing, to prepare deposits for operator and prizing accounts, and to prepare all financial documents and reports.
**Supervision**:Works under direct supervision of the Operations Manager.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- Responsible for daily balancing of session sales and prizing, and to prepare deposits for operator and prizing accounts in an efficient manner that is representative of Delta Bingo & Gaming.
- Manage paper inventory including paper room inventory report, completing necessary corrections to inventory according to paper count. Ensure all boxes are signed out as they are removed from the main inventory.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies through session summary reports, paper issuance reports and inventory. Make adjustments to session summaries according to paper inventory.
- Obtain and maintain a valid Category 1 AGCO license.
- Must have comprehensive understanding of the Standard Operating Procedures and ensure that all decisions are made within this framework.
- Must complete all training as required by Delta Bingo and the OLG.
- Work cooperatively with the OLG and Delta Compliance Officer, providing any required information in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform daily cash drop on cabinet games and balance cash and voucher flow.
- Build cash floats as needed for all departments.
- Key previous day’s data into the proper spreadsheets and balance accordingly.
- In applicable sites, fill, maintain and balance the NRT Currency Exchange machine.
- Fully understand Delta Bingo & Gaming operations, products and services in order to adequately respond to customer inquiries.
**Additional Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with sales and prize information or inventory information for OLG and Corporate Controller.
- Process paper inventory order and enter into eVent.
- Prepare prizing spreadsheet on an ongoing basis in order to reconcile totally monthly report.
- In applicable sites, process lottery ticket order and balance lottery invoices.
- Prepare monthly compliance checklist and maintain compliance binder.
- Prepare monthly inventory reports.
- Run analysis reports for operational trends and review with the Operations Manager.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager and help other positions/employees when needed.
- Demonstrate a willingness to teach and coach others for administrator roles and/or new hires. Monitor the work of other administrators to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Assist Operations Manager with payroll duties.
