Concord, Canada Lenstar Welding & Fabricators Ltd Full time

The individual must have a solid understanding of General Accounting Principles for manufacturing industry. In addition the individual will be responsible for general office administration that will include daily invoicing, payments, order tracking.

**General Accounting Duties**:

- Accounts Payable Cycle
- input receivers, process invoices, track invoice aging, process payments
- Accounts Receivable Cycle - input shippers, issue invoices, track collections,
- Government Remittances
- Manage Employee Benefit Administration

**General Office Duties**:

- Other duties to be understood and learned in order that we may be able to cover for one another when required.

**Order Entry and Shipping Orders**:

- Enter new customer orders
- Process Job lists - track delivery requirements with shop production
- Arrange shipping with freight companies
- Prepare NAFTA and custom documents for shipping
- Print new job schedule and open orders for weekly production meeting

**Skills**:

- Min 5 yrs Experience
- Fluent written and oral English
- Higher education accounting/ booking certificate
- Must be able to work independently

**Computer Programs**:
**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 3 years (required)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
