Our company is currently seeking an Office Manager Bookkeeper to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company in person.
**Responsibilities**:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Organize and maintain inventory stock by rearranging boxes and ensuring proper storage
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- 3 Years of experience with QuickBooks
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Concord, ON L4K 1Z7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
