- **Receiving purchase requisitions (PR) and transforming them into purchase orders (PO);**
- **Managing PO cancellation, rescheduling or PO information change (quantity, price);**
- **Engage with Suppliers and ensure they acknowledge PO receipt and provide delivery commitment;**
- **Managing local negotiations within the Delegated threshold;**
- **RFx management under Delegated threshold;**
- **Supports activities to ensure compliance with ISO series quality accreditation and Defense regulatory requirements (preferred)**
- Applicants must be able to obtain a **Canadian NATO Secret clearance** **(or Reliability Clearance)**
- Experience and ability to understand contract terms & conditions
- Able to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of Export regulations an asset
