Orillia Volkswagen is GROWING and is looking to add an additional Financial Services Manager to our team. After a record breaking year we are looking to add a strong individual to add to our team.

**Key role responsibilities include**:

- Greet customers to quickly and effectively transition from sales to finance during their vehicle purchase journey
- Determine optimal customer financing needs based on a comprehensive interview with the customer(s)
- Present a product menu to the customer(s) that details their financing options and products to enhance their vehicle ownership experience
- Continued product learning leading to superior product knowledge to effectively recommend financing options and additional products to customers
- Process finance transactions including lender approval and ensuring 100% compliance with all OMVIC, provincial, and federal laws and regulations
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Setting and achieving targeted sales goals
- Ensuring that all related administrative processes are handled timely and in compliance with company policy
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Prior auto sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Valid G driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- OMVIC License is required

**Required experience**:
Automotive Business Office: 1 year (Suggested)

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a full benefits program including health, dental, and Insurance. Ongoing training and a great atmosphere are some extra perks

Compensation is 100% Commission based with tier levels. Based on expected closure rates of 65%, projected annual income should range from $100,000 to $135,000 annually*
- Minimum wage is guaranteed. Projected annual wage is based on individual performance
