HWY 11 Ram is under new management and is looking for an experienced or up and coming Parts Manager to join our winning team.

We are currently looking for a Parts Manager. In this key role, you will help lead all aspects of an efficient and profitable Parts Department representing a growing dealership where opportunities are endless

**Responsibilities**
- supervision and leadership of all aspects of the Parts Department in the dealership
- Ensure the sales targets for the parts department are met and/or exceeded
- Maintain efficient and clean parts and accessory department while focusing on inventory control to ensure consistent delivery of parts
- Forecast and track monthly sales and profit objectives. Compile and analyze monthly management reports and complete department reports as required in a timely manner.
- Keep up to date by completing all training within the manufacturer’s prescribed guidelines
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant parts experience within automotive retail is required
- Strong working knowledge with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Previous knowledge of PBS is an asset
- Strong operational leadership abilities (transparency, reporting, safety first, policy and compliance adherence etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding various automotive components.
- Proficiency in supply chain management practices and demand planning techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Monthly bonuses can earn up to $35,000 annually or greater (Estimated, based on performance)

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Orillia, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
