The Cross Cultural Learner Centre (CCLC) is a non-profit organization, located in London, Ontario, that provides settlement services for newcomers to Canada. We are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

We need a very detail focused, front-line HR professional to assist in the day-to-day functioning of the Human Resources Department providing support to CCLC staff and managers to create a positive work environment. You will implement and oversee wellness initiatives, recognition programs and employee events. You will assist with labour relations matters which may include preparation of collective bargaining materials, participation in the resolution of grievances, pay equity, job evaluation and other union related matters. You will help with employee performance management, accommodations and retention initiatives.

As CCLC works with vulnerable clients in our community, you'll need to be able to pass a Vulnerable Persons Police Check to work for our organization.
