Our recent partnership with a big box retailer has allowed us to offer solar solutions directly to customers in stores across Canada and expand rapidly. We pride ourselves on fostering a safe, collaborative, and inclusive work environment where every team member is valued and supported.

**The Opportunity**:

- **$20 hourly base pay** to build your experience
- **Uncapped commission** based on sales performance
- Our top reps earn $70K+ in just their first year
- Collaborate with a inclusive team hyped about sustainable solutions

- Looking to hire in multiple store locations

**The Job**:

- Engaging with potential clients at our Polaron booth located in our retail locations, highlighting the benefits of solar solutions, and addressing any inquiries about our products and services.
- Managing client information on our Salesforce CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Team player attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Motivated by performance-based incentives and bonuses
- Desire to grow a career in sales, business development, and marketing
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
- A degree in Business Commerce or Environmental Studies is a bonus

**Please Note**:

- All hires will need to provide their own Steel Toe boots to work in the retail store locations

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 6-8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
