**Schedule**: Sunday to Thursday | Flexible Hours: 11:00AM - 7:00PM

No experience, no problem. We provide a comprehensive training program to ensure that you succeed and win.
**What You’ll Do**
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between Polaron and potential customers. Your goal is to build interest and excitement around solar energy and help homeowners take the first step toward a cleaner future.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Generating leads and identifying potential customers
- Scheduling in-home or virtual consultations for our Solar Specialists
- Engaging with the community throughout Victoria Island to explain the benefits of going solar
- Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Representing Polaron with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence

- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
- Background in renewable energy or a strong interest in sustainability
- Experience using CRM tools or scheduling platforms
- Multilingual skills are a plus
**What to Know About the Role**
- Work schedule is **Sunday to Thursday**, so you can enjoy your weekends off
- **Flexible work hours** between 11:00AM and 7:00PM
- You’ll be engaging directly with homeowners all across Victoria Island - expect a dynamic, social, and rewarding environment
- Ongoing training and support will be provided to help you succeed
- Opportunity to grow into a closing position or leadership position
**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
