We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of **Vice Operating Manager**. This position is crucial to our daily operations and requires someone who can handle multiple responsibilities with precision and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Perform daily assistant tasks for operating manager.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to team members.
- Prepare and submit financial reports.

**Qualifications**:

- bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven at least 3 years experience as a Manager Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
