Premiere Suites provides rented furnished apartments, condominiums, and townhomes for stays of 30+ days. Premiere Suites has over 1,000 suites in 38 cities across Canada.
**JOB SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**:
- Oversee the day-to-day tasks of Ontario Operations
- Manage and lead a team Guest Service Managers
- Point person for the National Guest Experience Team to ensure guest satisfaction and escalations as needed
- Review daily arrival/departure reports and critically review workflows to ensure maximum efficiency of the operations team
- Daily review and dispatch of guest requests and suite maintenance requirements
- Collaborate onboarding and offboarding suites with Lease Administrator, Accounting and the Operations team
- Plan set up new suites, including scheduling, photography, website and required documentation
- Complete rejuvenation of suites as needed, coordinate replacement furniture when needed
- Review departure inspections in person or via photo inspection report and follow up on and/or rectify any quality control issues
- Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and property/building managers to source new inventory
- Manage local supplier relationships, placing order including checking bills
- Review monthly analysis of current inventory and where appropriate negotiate renewals
- Other projects and duties, as required
- Available for on call duties on occasion
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- Planning, organizing and delegating with an appropriate degree of follow-up
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Resourceful and possess strong problem-solving skills
- Exhibit a sense of urgency when dealing with issues
- High energy with professional, positive attitude
- Design sensibility with excellent spatial awareness and eye for fabrics and color coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and spearhead projects
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 5-7 years in operations management role
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
- Familiarity with hotel front office, maintenance or property management is an asset
- Experience or education in interior design or visual merchandising is a benefit
- Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Opera PMS)
- Must have G license and own vehicle. There will be travel to our suites in the GTA
Total pay package: $65,000-$75,000 (including salary, car allowance, bonus)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
