Building Maintenance Superintendent

**:
Our prestigious commercial office building located in Old Montreal is seeking a full-time Building Maintenance Superintendent. The incumbent will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries across the building.
**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ability to follow the work of the suppliers present (plumber, electrician, and air conditioning)
- Be able to identify maintenance work and maintain a list of work by floor
- Ensure property cleanliness standards are maintained
- Inspect common and vacant areas of the building on a daily basis
- Occasional travel for the purchase of equipment (car an asset)
- Occasionally respond to emergency calls outside working hours
- Perform various building maintenance and upkeep tasks
- Respond to tenant requests and ensure excellent tenant service
- Responsible for minor repairs and preventive maintenance of the building such as electrical repairs, painting, plumbing, HVAC maintenance
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the field
- Good communication and impeccable customer service
- Basic computer skills
