- Building superintendent

We are looking to hire an organized and professional superintendent to do building maintenance and other related tasks.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Basic handyman work
- Clean, maintain and prepare apartments for rent
- Cleaning of common areas
- Show vacant units
- Landscape maintenance
- Snow clearing and salting
- Being able to assist with emergencies outside of regular hours

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un surintendant organisé et professionnel pour s’occuper de l’entretien d’un immeuble ainsi que d’autres taches connexes.

Les responsabilités incluent notamment:

- Travaux généraux d’entretien et de réparation
- Nettoyer, entretenir, et préparer les appartements vacants
- Nettoyer les espaces communs
- Faire les visites des appartements vacants
- Entretien paysager
- Déneigement
- Assister avec les urgences en dehors des heures d’affaires

Doit posséder un téléphone intelligent et savoir communiquer par courriel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Handyman: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
- English (preferred)
