**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage patient scheduling and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies.
- Handle phone systems effectively, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to maintain financial records.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- File and organize documents systematically for easy retrieval and compliance with regulations.
- Support dental receptionists and clerks in their duties, providing assistance where needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment that reflects the professionalism of the practice.

**Skills**
- Experience in a medical office or dental office setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks for managing financial transactions and reporting.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Familiarity with phone systems for effective communication management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to file and retrieve documents efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

This role is essential for maintaining operational excellence within our organization, contributing to a positive experience for both staff and patients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $47,383.00-$60,837.88 per year
