The Administrator, Operations is responsible for supporting the administrative, operational, and training teams with a variety of daily activities. As this is a multifaceted position, you will have the opportunity to work with and help support both internal and external customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Cash balancing, daily cash reports (debit/credit), daily cash deposits, data entry, and commission payments preparation, as required.
- Support safety trainers by assigning and registering students to operator-training classes, distributing training material during classes, handling and distributing completion certificates, and other duties as assigned.
- Prepare quotes and invoices for customers, individuals, and companies.
- Work with, and maintain/update, assigned online platforms, as required.
- Arrange logistics for deliveries, local supplies, and out-of-town training, as required.
- Inside/Outside sales as assigned.
- Order coffee and office supplies.
- Keep the office front-area and coffee-area tidy.
- Follow and ensure that workplace health and safety practices are adhered to by customers, employees and students.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Ability to use in-house database to initiate contact with customers, vendors, and students.
- Ability or willingness to negotiate with vendors and customers.
- Proficient or willing to learn Microsoft Office products at a proficient level.
- Ability to operate equipment (training will be provided).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Superb customer service skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with others.
**Training, Education and Experience**:
- 2-4 years of administrative experience.
- High School Diploma.

**Working Conditions**:The Administrator is based out of the Surrey office and works 40 hours on average per week Monday to Friday.
