Business Development Representative

Freight North Carriers is a leading provider in the logistics and transportation industry. We are committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining strong client relationships. We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the freight or logistics industry.
- An established book of business and strong industry connections.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
