We are proud to offer a vibrant workplace culture that embodies “The Paragon Way.”**The Role**:The Part-Time Leasing Coordinator provides leasing and leasing-related administrative support to the Senior Property Manager by actively conducting tours and interacting with potential applicants at leasable properties. The Part-Time Leasing Coordinator will be responsible for keeping up to date on vacancy reports and be knowledgeable about all upcoming vacancies to be filled throughout their assigned portfolio. Our Leasing Coordinators are an important part of our front-line service team and will represent the core values of Paragon Living. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare show suites and rental properties for presentation and take prospective residents on tours highlighting all the amenities the property has to offer.
- Perform credit checks, rental, and employment history, RTB and Court of Kings Bench registry checks.
- Prepare new leases and enter new residents into Yardi Property Management Software.
- Create welcome package documents and send with lease to new resident to be executed.
- Complete all Unit Condition Reports for move-ins and outs.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with Property Management software (Yardi experience is an asset).
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual with general sales experience.
- Able to deal with conflict in a professional and calm manner.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act.
- Must have ability to work extended hours as necessary to complete job requirements.
- Must have valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to own reliable vehicle.
- Must be able to provide a clear Criminal Records Check.
