Automotive Fleet and Lease Account Executive

Base salary to be negotiated; no ceiling to earning potential.

**PRIMARY PURPOSE**:

- Monitor lease-ends and renewal opportunities.
- Actively prospect commercial/fleet business accounts to grow the lease portfolio.
- Provide consultative services to commercial clients to meet their automotive fleet needs and maximize their potential.
- Liaise with Sales Dept staff at each Vickar dealership to coordinate renewal opportunities and stay apprised of inventory.
- Assist with departmental promotion and advertising.

**ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS**:

- Experience with auto sales and finance
- Experience in a retail leasing environment
- Strong negotiating, influencing and sale-closing skills
- Superior communication skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Broad vehicle knowledge to best serve customers
- Valid MB driver’s license (I or F stage)
