**Position Overview**: In the role of Assistant Team Lead, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the team and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This opportunity is tailored for a talented individual with aspirations to take on increased responsibilities, aiming to advance into a leadership position as an Office Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure team members are aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with the team lead to optimize workflows and enhance team efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data management.
- Act as a liaison between team members and management, conveying important information effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Must have team building experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Career Path: This role is designed to serve as a stepping stone to the Office Manager position. As you excel in your role, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, develop leadership skills, and participate in specialized training programs to prepare for the transition to an Office Manager role.
**Salary**: $48,049.22-$88,127.36 per year
Schedule:
- Weekends as needed
