A well-established company in the home services industry is seeking a motivated and experienced **Team Leader** to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a sales team, drive performance, and contribute to the ongoing success of a dynamic business.

**About the Role**:
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, assist in developing strategies to drive growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in mentoring your team and helping shape the future of our sales operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed performance goals
- Execute and refine sales strategies in alignment with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular feedback to improve individual and team performance
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support company initiatives and customer satisfaction

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years of sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to motivate a team and drive results
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic reporting tools
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
