The Team Lead will act as a liaison between the Parking Ambassadors and the Management team. The primary responsibilities of the Team Lead will be to assist in handling day-to-day operations, and leading and supporting the team through training and administrative functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ensure signage is up-to-date and in correct locations
- Conduct audits of the entire parking lot to ensure that it is in good working condition and taking necessary actions to correct any problems in a timely manner.
- Replenish ticket supply and manage ticket inventory
- Assist customers on how to use pay stations through intercom systems
- Organize and assign cleaning duties to self and others.
- Completes site reports including vehicle counts, end of shift, and others as requested
- Monitor lot and check for parking space availability

Working Conditions:

- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and frequent exposure to all temperature conditions

Required Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Show leadership ability
- Punctual, mature, and reliable
