**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

As a **Technical Design Support Representative** **(TDSR)**, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful design and delivery of MAKR, Parkworks, and Waterplay projects. Acting as a technical consultant, you’ll provide expert guidance and hands-on support throughout the design and quoting stages, helping internal and external teams bring their visions to life. Your responsibilities will include verifying design criteria and compliance, producing CAD drawings, coordinating with third-party engineers for approvals, and reviewing Request for Proposals (RFP’s), scopes of work, and installation requirements. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be critical in supporting smooth project execution from concept through to installation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Technical Review of project scope, drawings, and quotes
- Work directly with sales, design, and project management teams to ensure functionality of designs
- Work with third-party engineers on approvals/reviews for snow/wind loads, structural footings, engineered stamps, and code compliance
- Create standard installation detail drawings, such as housekeeping slabs, footing, curbing, surfacing, site excavation, and for construction drawings
- Create and maintain AutoCAD and REVIT drawings and feature blocks
- Attend site meetings to review scope requirements and design considerations

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- This position requires full professional fluency in English and French, including excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages
- Post-secondary diploma required (Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Customer Service Experience

- This position works Monday to Friday, 8-hour days
