Technical Field Sales Representative

**Pipe-Thompson Technologies Inc.** is a leading Manufacturer’s Representative located in Eastern Canada. We represent leading manufacturers of Semiconductor, Passive, Electromechanical, RF and Embedded Computing Solutions.
As part of our Montreal based Technical Sales team, you will play an essential role in our business as you will be the first line of contact with new and existing customers, with the objective of building and maintaining long-term business relationships through a positive customer experience.
**As a Technical Field Sales Representative, you will be expected to**:
- Visit Montreal area customers either in person and virtually as applicable
- Work with purchasing and engineering at our customers to have customers design in our products
- Execute forecasting and planning for our customers
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers
**In order to be successful in this position, you will require the following**:
- Previous, relevant experience in the electronics industry is ideal
- Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma or equivalent experience
- A valid G License as you will be required to visit customers in person
- Ability to travel to United States periodically if needed
- Strong French & English communication skills and a commitment to customer service
- Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills and the ability to decipher and create sales reports
- A positive and energetic work ethic with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
