**Who You Are**:
The Office Manager in a construction company is responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards. They assess risks, create policies, provide training, conduct audits, and maintain accurate documentation. The role requires a strong understanding of construction regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to promote an ethical culture. The office Manager collaborates with stakeholders and continuously improves compliance processes.

**Job Duties**

**Compliance**
- Ensuring interdepartmental and inter-office strategic compliance.
- Establish an organizational standard for training.
- Help in Facilitation of Build IT training program.
- Facilitate and take on an overall organizational strategic action plan.
- Help in training and Onboarding of new hires and ensuring overall standard of compliance and uniformity in process.
- Regular Operational Audit to ensure accountability and standardization is maintained.
- Update and maintenance of all department documents and SoP department manuals
- Implementation of Procore usage by external trade partners to facilitate reduction in manual steps at bid receipt and invoicing stages.
- Facilitate the Deep dive into our existing KPI's and understanding of the data and its relevance. Putting together the system to analyze and measure KPI across the Organization.
- Ensuring that SoPs are accurately adhered to.
- Assist with administrative tasks as directed by the Operations Manager or Upper Management.
- Demonstrate reliability, accountability and excellent customer service.
- Keep confidential all customer and business information and records that you may have access to.
- Technology research and development.
- Help and assist Managers with training and workflow as needed.

**Qualifications**
- A University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration/Architecture or a combination of education and industry experience. Nice to have MBA.
- Previous working experience as an office manager or a compliance manager in construction industry for 3-5 years.
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite, Procore,etc.
- Good spreadsheet skills, including pivots, lookups etc.
- Excellent attention to detail, with great organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Act as a reliable and supportive team member
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people and function well both in a team environment and autonomously.
