**Job description**:
**Continuous process improvement**
- Perform, in expert mode, various analyses, then using reports and presentations to various stakeholders, state the results of research, analyzes and recommendations.
- Measure and evaluate the current level of performance, define the target state to be achieved, perform a gap analysis (current vs target) and develop a transition plan to move from the current state to the target state (ex. : process to be straightened out, level of service to be offered to customers, performance indicators). Everything must be done taking into account the reality of the business field and the organizational context.
- Master a wide range of improvement tools, such as the Suppliers, Inputs, Processes, Outputs, Customers (FIPEC) methodology, descriptive sheets (context, objectives, gains, risks, monitoring indicators, etc.).
- Document the losses and waste of a given process, the steps without added value, the problems, etc.
- Develop, in expert mode or in collaborative mode with stakeholders, specific and detailed recommendations that can increase efficiency.
- Document and map processes using the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) framework, document work procedures and staff roles and responsibilities, and establish a control strategy for newly implemented processes.
- Develop staff roles and responsibilities matrix.
- Guide the development of optimization priorities (using a multi-criteria analysis, for example), recommend optimization strategies, support production teams and managers in implementing them in the workplace.
- Provide support to managers to help them implement optimization strategies.
- Map and propose modifications to current business models, in addition to comparing them with those of other more successful organizations.
