**About the Role**

This in-person position will focus on both Project Coordination and Estimation responsibilities. This role will be responsible for coordinating several subcontractor pre-site visits and assessments collaboratively to establish quotes. This will be followed by project coordination responsibilities with a focus on quality control and customer service. Active account management will be key to your success.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Estimation Responsibilities
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents. Identifies labour, material and time requirements by studying the relative documents.
- Frequent visits to site or as required for project quoting purposes.
- Computes costs by analyzing labour, material and time requirements.
- Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information to management.
- Shares the maintenance of the cost at a base.
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Tender and bidding document take-offs.
- Other duties as required.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of project.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Define and allocate project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full scale project execution plans.
- Manage pre-determined project budget and project resources.
- Schedule project timelines to align with customer and constructor requirements.
- Track project deliverables.
- Provide direction and support to Installation & Service Team.
- Quality assurance & quality control.
- Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders, including project changes.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.

**Education, Qualifications and Training**

Education
- A Degree/Diploma/Certificate is an asset, but not necessary
- Certified engineering technologist certificate an asset

Experience and Knowledge
- A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant and successful work experience
- Valid G Class Driver’s License required
- Ability to obtain secret level II clearance is required
- Written and verbal bilingualism in French is a strong asset (not required)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) with a strong proficiency in excel
- Previous experience in the service industry is an asset, but not necessary

Hours
- Monday - Thursday (7:30AM - 4:30PM), Fridays (7:30AM - 3:30PM)
- In-person position only.

Salary
- Dependent on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
