Project Coordinator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to facilitate project understanding.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project tracking and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Conduct construction estimating to support budget planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and tools such as HeavyBid.
- Experience using construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Primavera P6.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
