**Reports To**: Director of Construction / Senior Project Manager

**Job Overview**:
The Construction Project Manager/Estimator will oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion. This role involves ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and vendors, to ensure that all project requirements and goals are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning**: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget forecasts. Ensure all aspects of the project are planned in detail.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and minimizing overruns. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Coordinate the work of subcontractors, construction teams, and other stakeholders. Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and in alignment with project timelines.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project risks to ensure mínimal impact on the timeline and budget.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee the quality of work on-site, ensuring that it meets or exceeds the client's requirements and complies with industry standards and regulations.
- **Permits & Regulations**: Ensure all necessary permits are obtained and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
- **Communication & Reporting**: Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on the project's progress. Prepare progress reports, manage meetings, and ensure all parties are informed of any changes or issues.
- **Safety Management**: Enforce health and safety policies on-site, ensuring a safe work environment for all workers and visitors. Oversee compliance with occupational safety regulations.
- **Project Closeout**: Ensure a smooth project closeout process, including final inspections, completion of punch lists, and handover to the client.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., PMP, CCM, P. Eng.) is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing medium to large-scale projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in project management softwares, scheduling tools, and financial management tools.
- **Knowledge**: Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and contractual agreements.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate teams, negotiate with vendors, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to anticipate issues, solve problems effectively, and handle unexpected challenges.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present reports and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage several projects simultaneously.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
