We are looking for an organized, motivated **Operations & Estimating Coordinator** to join our team and play a key role in keeping our jobs running smoothly — from quoting to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Estimating & Job Preparation**
- Review plans, drawings, and site information to prepare accurate insulation estimates and material take-offs.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes and proposals for residential and commercial projects.
- Track pricing, supplier quotes, and update costing as needed.
- Coordinate with project managers and installers to ensure proper materials, labour, and timelines are scheduled.

**Operations & Logistics**
- Plan and schedule daily and weekly job assignments for crews.
- Organize deliveries and ensure all materials are available ahead of scheduled work.
- Maintain communication with field staff and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track inventory, materials, and equipment.
- Support invoicing and job close-out documentation.

**General Coordination**
- Maintain accurate job files, schedules, and status updates.
- Assist management with operational reporting and performance tracking.
- Help streamline processes as the company continues to grow.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in construction, estimating, or project coordination (insulation or building envelope experience is an asset).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Excel and general computer skills (experience with HubSpot or QuickBooks is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
