**About the Opportunity**:
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about commercial real estate law. You'll have the opportunity to manage complex and high-value real estate transactions with the support of a collaborative legal team. The firm is located in North York, offering the benefits and sophistication of a downtown practice within a more relaxed setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage or support commercial real estate and land development transactions
- Collaborate with lawyers and legal professionals to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of files
- Draft and manage legal documentation throughout various stages of a transaction
- Maintain organized records and proactively manage deadlines
- Occasionally assist with residential real estate matters (an asset but not required)

**What You Bring**:

- A Law Clerk Diploma from a recognized Ontario program
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate law
- Proven ability to work on complex real estate and land development deals
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Residential real estate experience is a plus

**Key Skill Sets Required**:

- Expertise in Commercial Real Estate Law
- Strong organizational and transactional management skills
- Team collaboration and communication

**Additional Perks**:
